Welcome to my home page and thank you for joining.  California Real Estate is always interesting, engaging, sometimes concerning but always a wise investment over the long term.  There is no other way to guarantee family wealth than purchasing real estate.

I have 40 years experience as a REALTOR.  I currently serve as a Director and Treasurer of the Tri Counties Association of REALTORS and a Director of the California Association of REALTORS.  I serve as a Committee Member for Conventional Finance for the National Association of REALTORS.  This volunteerism in my chosen possession keeps be at the top of my game when it comes to Risk Management, Real Estate Trends both locally and nationwide, and knowledgeable on upcoming legislation and new laws.  I think this is important in order to effectively serve and protect my clients.  I also serve as a Director for the California Regional Multiple Listing Service (CRMLS) One of the largest MLS's in the nation.
